SHIPPING POLICY

Form & Found works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process and ship many of the products available through our store. While we monitor orders and maintain communication with our suppliers, we do not personally package or ship every item.

Order Processing & Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Any delivery timeframe shown on our website is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Form & Found is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is missing, damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact Form & Found or the applicable supplier as soon as possible.

You may contact the supplier directly when supplier contact information is available, or contact us and we can communicate with the supplier on your behalf.

For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photographs, tracking information, or other documentation to help investigate the issue.

Refunds & Resolutions

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments are not automatically guaranteed. Shipping and fulfillment issues are reviewed case-by-case based on the circumstances of the order and the applicable supplier's policies.

When appropriate, Form & Found may request a refund, replacement, reshipment, or other resolution from the supplier. The final resolution may depend on the supplier, carrier, and circumstances involved.

Submitting a shipping complaint does not guarantee a refund.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Form & Found is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
